DUE TO THE CURRENT OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS, THE PRACTICE HAS IMPLEMENTED A TELEPHONE TRIAGE SYSTEM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
- ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED BEFORE 14th MARCH 2020 HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.
- IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT MATTER, PLEASE CALL THE PRACTICE TO BOOK A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION WITH A GP.
- DO NOT COME DOWN TO THE PRACTICE UNLESS HAVING BEEN ASKED TO BY A GP.
What to do if you have symptoms
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
- a high temperature
- a new continuous cough
This will help to protect others in your community while you are infectious.
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
We will not be testing people who are self-isolating with mild symptoms.
Patient Participation Group
All patients across all sites are invited to our Patient Group meetings. If you would like to register for the Patient Participation Group, please speak to a member of our Reception Team.
Online access for prescriptions and appointments
If you would like to register to use Online Services, please speak to a member of our Reception Team. You will need to bring photo identification, and proof of address to register for this service. Alternatively you can now download the NHS App. This allows identification through the app without having to come to the Practice.
