Specialist Diabetic Clinics
Held on a Wednesday every two months.
The Dietician holds a regular monthly clinic, referral is via the nurse or GP.
Midwife / Antenatal Clinics
The Community Midwife holds regular weekly clinics as follows:
Orchard Site: Tuesday morning 9.00am - 1.00pm
Parkhall Site: Tuesday afternoon 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Fenstanton Site: Thursday pm 1.00pm - 4.00pm
Child Health Surveillance
Is carried out by appointment to check the development and health of your child and to provide advice on immunisations.
A Dietician from Hinchingbrooke Hospital visits monthly to advise on special diets. Referral to this Clinic is made via the Doctor.
All diabetic blood tests will be carried out by Rachel our Health Care Assistant (PART ONE) Please bring a urine sample to this appointment.
All diabetic review appointments are now being done by our Nurses Kathryn and Annette (PART TWO). You will no longer need to see a Dr for your Part Two appointment.
Please make an appointment for your review 2 weeks after your blood test to allow time for your blood test results to be reviewed by the Doctor and Nurse prior to you being seen.
NHS staff from the Mental Health Team visit the surgery regularly. Appointments for these services may be available after consultation with a Doctor.
A wide range of minor operations are undertaken by the Doctors.
Pre - Conception Counselling
This is available by making an appointment with a Doctor or Midwife.
A full service is available including depot injections, fitting/removal of coils and Implanon. We are a registered C-card site (for under 25’s). Please contact reception for further information and to book and appointment.
Our nurses are trained in minor illnesses and are able to treat the following conditions:

- emergency contraception
- oral thrush
- cold sores
- minor injuries
- vaginal discharge
